The Role
Strategic operator. Partnership builder. Entrepreneurial leader.

Vivega Group is a founder-led portfolio in active expansion across growth intelligence, leadership development, and sports-based community programs. This is a founding-team role for someone who builds systems, closes partnerships, and operates with an owner's mindset. You will serve as the connective tissue across Vivega Group's portfolio — driving new partnership revenue, managing program operations, launching new ventures, and keeping the enterprise moving with precision and creativity.

What You'll Own
Key domains across the portfolio.
Business Partnerships
  • Develop and close local and global partnerships across business, civic, and community organizations — with an intentional focus on building Vivega Group's international reach
  • Build relationships with regional business networks, chambers, and aligned civic institutions
  • Negotiate MOUs, co-marketing, and revenue-share agreements with strategic partners
  • Represent Vivega Group at industry events, national forums, and occasional international conferences
Group Operations & Project Mgmt
  • Own cross-company operating cadence — KPI dashboards, milestone tracking, and weekly reporting to CEO
  • Build and manage local and global business partnerships that support growth across all Vivega business areas, with an eye toward international expansion
  • Build and manage operational systems using AI-powered tools (CRM, project mgmt, partner tracking)
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service delivery across the group
  • Drive metrics accountability and continuous operational improvement
Flowise Leadership Ops & Growth
  • Manage end-to-end operations of coaching and facilitation programs — logistics, client comms, and outcomes tracking
  • Develop expansion plans for new Flowise program formats, client segments, and markets
  • Build corporate and organizational client pipeline for leadership programs
  • Identify new Flowise service lines: cohorts, retreats, licensing
Flowise Sports-Based Leadership
  • Support school, college, and community organization partnerships for sports-based leadership programs
  • Track 90-day launch plan KPIs; report weekly to CEO
  • Identify grants, sponsorships, and corporate partners for program funding
  • Oversee program director integration and operational alignment with the group
Investment & New Business
  • Support pitch materials, investor briefings, and data room prep for group-level investment conversations
  • Identify grants, impact investors, and strategic funding sources across verticals
  • Research and develop new business concepts from initial market analysis to launch readiness
  • Build relationships with Philly-area incubators, accelerators, and strategic fund managers
Marketing & Event Operations
  • Oversee digital marketing across group companies — LinkedIn, newsletters, website, content strategy
  • Manage conference and trade show strategy; plan and execute Vivega-hosted events, workshops, and occasional international conferences
  • Coordinate external marketing contractors and agencies across company brands
  • Deploy AI tools for content, outreach automation, and marketing analytics
Qualifications
The profile we're hiring for.
Must Have
  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or cross-functional operations in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated track record closing partnerships — prospecting, pitching, and signing, not just managing
  • Experience across business development, operations, or strategy in a high-growth or multi-sector environment
  • Strong metrics orientation — KPI design, dashboard management, and outcome accountability
  • Event operations experience — planning and executing workshops, conferences, or community programs end-to-end
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — has built something from scratch or operated as a true owner in a lean environment
  • AI-native or fast learner — actively using or eager to deploy AI tools for strategy and operations
  • Exceptional communication and relationship skills across executive, civic, and community audiences
Preferred
  • MBA preferred — business acumen, strategic framing, and financial literacy expected at this level
  • Engineering background or technical track record — ability to work alongside product and technology teams; systems thinking is a core advantage
  • Healthcare and managed care experience is a plus — familiarity with health plans, value-based care, or the broader healthcare industry
  • Existing relationships with local business councils, chambers of commerce, or regional civic and professional networks
  • Experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or educational programming
  • Experience with investor relations or early-stage fundraising
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Asana/Notion, and AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
  • Familiarity with sport-based community or youth development programs
